sarah garwood
With over 30 years professional design experience I initially studied environmental packaging at West Surrey College of Art & Design (now known as UCA, University for the Creative Arts). I then spent many wonderful years working as a Design Agency Creative Director in London and South Wales with a wide range of clients including Hyder, SWALEC, Lloyds of London, Panasonic, Hawker Siddley, Axa Insurance and the Welsh Development Agency. I went on to specialise in design for Higher Education for Cardiff Metropolitan University, and have since designed over 30 prospectuses, and also picked up a few design awards along the way.
Recent freelance design projects include specialist art catalogues for London and New York Fine Art Galleries and dealers, national auction house catalogues, celebrity cookbooks, company profiles, strictly confidential bid/tender proposals and legal reports, artist biographies, Royal charities and public school prospectuses - along with a wide range of brand development / management projects.
